The 2nd Edition of "Beijing Contemporary Expo" will remain its curatorial, local and public features, in 5 sections, namely "STORY", "VALUE", "FUTURE", "ENERGY", and "WONDER ", we focus on the internal reorganization and external publicity of the value of Chinese contemporary art and cooperate with galleries, institutions, collectors, media and brands, in the spirit of integration and cooperation, establishing a comprehensive platform to promote Chinese contemporary art, exploring an organizational way to connect local experience with globalization, inspiring the vitality of the industry and linking an extensive social space.
Artistic Director         
Bao Dong is an active art critic and independent curator in China, graduated from the Department of Art History at the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, he co-founded the Beijing Contemporary Art Expo in 2018, as Artistic Director. 

Starting in 2005, Mr. Bao’s theories and review articles are widely seen in domestic and foreign academia, art and culture magazines, criticism corpus and artist works, such as "Reading" /"The Leap"/ "Art Forum" "The Art and Investment"/ "Journal of Contemporary Chinese Art", he is also writer for New York Times (Chinese website) and Art Forum China. 

He curated exhibitions for many domestic and foreign art institutions, including UCCA, Guangdong Times Art Museum, Shanghai Minsheng Modern Art Museum. He has been invited to act as a judge for many art awards, such as the nomination of judges for China Contemporary Art Award (CCAA) and the presiding judge of ART POWER 100 "ART Discovery". 

He is the winner of 2014 Asian Cultural Committee (ACC) and nominee for the Independent Curatorial Institution (ICI) Independent Vision Curator Award in the same year. He is the winner of 2016 Yishu Chinese Contemporary Art Criticism and Curate Award, and 2014 Art Finance and Economics curator of the year. He also received the 2019 Robb Report Art and Culture award.
